It's a build-up of air, it's very common, it can be a real mood killer too at times especially on the guy's part since we're already focusing on remaining 'at attention.' One great way to help prevent it is to use some lubricant - if you have allergy concerns use a silicon based product, more expensive but hypo-allergenic. Good luck and relax :)
