I understand how you feel. I always smile and pretend its ok. I hide how I really feel and don't let them know.I think you should tell them how you feel I know you probably already know that. I know it will be really, really hard. Its something I probably couldn't do, but its what you have to do, trust your friends if they're real friends they wont let you down

That's the same for me, don't do anything attention seeking like self harm, choose a friend you can honestly trust with all your life nad tell them that you're fed up of being a doormat, you will no longer be walked over and you have feeling too
hopefully your friends will see, you're human too

same here.
its the worst feeling, you want to tell them but you feel that you cant b/c you dont know how they would react.
sometimes i want to scream at my friends b/c honestly.... they all are just too happy and stupid not realizing anything.
